These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Total App ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Total App mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.
2. Description of Service
Total App is a water park planning application that allows users to:
- Book tickets and generate QR codes for park entry
- Reserve parking spots in various zones
- Browse and explore park attractions
- Navigate the park using interactive offline maps
- Manage bookings and reservations
The App is designed to work offline, and all data is stored locally on your device unless otherwise specified.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. User Account
The App does not require user registration or the creation of an account. All features are available without signing up. Your bookings and preferences are stored locally on your device.
5. App Functionality
5.1 Booking System
The App provides a simulated booking experience for demonstration purposes. QR codes generated within the App are for illustrative purposes and may not be valid for actual park entry without proper verification with the water park administration.
5.2 Offline Functionality
The App is designed to function without an internet connection. However, certain features may require internet access for initial content download or updates.
5.3 Data Storage
All user data, including bookings and preferences, is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device damage, App uninstallation, or other circumstances.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App
- Use the App to transmit any harmful code or malware
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks related to the App
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Total App and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Third-Party Content
The App may display content from third parties or contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content. Your interaction with third-party content is at your own risk.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT
- WARRANTIES THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE
- WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Total App BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Service interruption or computer damage
- Cost of substitute services
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the App, if any.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Total App and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
12. Modifications to the App
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Total App operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Total App regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
